RevOps & GTM Strategy Leader
My work focuses on helping revenue teams build predictable, aligned, and scalable systems so they can operate with clarity—not chaos, especially through periods of growth, new leadership, or evolving expectations.
I'm currently focused full-time on building within a single organization, and use this space to share how I think about building revenue systems at scale.

I've spent 14 years helping organizations scale revenue operations through meaningful transitions — whether rapid growth, new leadership expectations, or shifts in ownership goals — by bringing discipline and confidence to the revenue engine.
I'm a practitioner first, strategist second, and I've built my career inside the pressure of real revenue teams—carrying quota, coaching sellers, building technical solutions, and leading cross-functional operations. I know what it feels like when the data doesn't match reality, when forecasts feel like fiction, and when every quarter starts with uncertainty instead of confidence.
When people don't trust the data, the systems, or the plan, everything becomes reactive.
I believe in building operating rhythms and structures that give revenue teams the confidence to move fast—and the clarity to know why.
Good systems create good decisions.
Good decisions create predictable growth.
I lead with a principle I call Operational Empathy—the ability to design systems that respect the real pressure operators live with every day.
Because I've sat in the same seats as the reps, managers, and leaders I support, I don't build processes for the "ideal world."
I build them for the real one, accounting for:
This philosophy ensures everything we build is practical, usable, and adopted—not theoretical.
I believe most GTM teams don't fail because of talent or effort — they fail because the operating system underneath them is unclear. When leaders don't trust the forecast, when the CRM doesn't reflect reality, when territories aren't aligned to opportunity, or when the weekly operating rhythm lacks structure… everything downstream becomes harder than it has to be.
My work exists to give leaders clarity, alignment, and confidence in their revenue engine. Because when clarity improves, execution improves — and when execution improves, everything grows.
I didn't start in RevOps.
I grew into it by solving problems that kept leadership up at night:
As the company scaled from 50 employees to over 350, the systems had to scale with it.
I built the frameworks, teams, and disciplines that made it possible.
That experience allows me to enter new organizations quickly, understand where bottlenecks live, and create structure fast.
Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of five — which has reinforced my belief in building systems that are sustainable, human, and designed to hold up under real-world pressure.
Leaders trust me to clarify what 'next level' execution looks like — whether they're preparing for scale, partnering with boards, or navigating operational change.

— Chief Revenue Officer, B2B SaaS
I've carried a quota, supported reps, and led teams. My strategies come from real-world pressure, not theory.
I build systems that people actually use. Adoption is never an afterthought.
I translate between sales, CS, product, and executive teams. Alignment is where performance comes from.
I simplify complexity. RevOps should create clarity—not noise.
